"The river of life...flows from birth toward death. Day follows day with wearisome monotony. Only the holidays twine themselves together to form the circle of the year. Only through the holidays does life experience the eternity of the river that returns to its source. Then life becomes eternal."

High Holiday Suggested Donations
For non-Sinai members and out-of-town guests
The intent of these fees is not to be taken as a desire to prevent newcomers to our community, or those who truly cannot afford the fee from attending High Holiday Services at Sinai Synagogue. Guests in these situations are welcome on the basis of whatever they can reasonably afford.
The fees are designed for those persons who have lived in our community for a reasonable length of time, but have chosen not to affiliate with a congregation.
