SINAI PICNIC – SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2026

Impending storm clouds could not dampen the spirits of the 100-some people who attended the first Sinai picnic in about 10 years. Many thanks to Betsy Rossow and Kim Cossman for spearheading the picnic’s revival, and for each and every member who helped in making it happen! You know who you are, and we appreciate you!

Mark Toth and Ian Wulfsohn flipped burgers and turned hot dogs on the outdoor grills while Linda Toth and Ruth Hutt assisted and stocked the pans on the one long, beautiful buffet table. Inside, fun and fellowship flourished. In fact, people were having such a good time eating, schmoozing with one another, and meeting Rabbi Tyson, that the planned safety scavenger hunt was not needed as a diversion.
