Upcoming Event: Finding Your Jewish Roots

Steve Lotter

Upcoming Event: Finding Your Jewish Roots
Sunday, July 23rd at the Jewish Federation, program runs from 1 to 4 p.m.

Be there for this FREE event; a fun and informative afternoon as we learn about resources available to anyone interested in researching family genealogies. Just curious about what's going on in the world of Jewish genealogy? This event is for you too!

Featured presenter, Jennifer Alford, will cover a wide variety of topics related to Jewish genealogy, including Jewish history, unique Jewish historical records, Jewish resources, research strategies, and more!  And she'll probably have some knowledge about our Jewish community because she was brought up here! (She's a cousin to Posi Tucker and Mike Krueger.)

For those inclined, please bring a laptop or tablet and our experts on hand will help you get started on your own research endeavors.

Please RSVP to sjcgensoc@gmail.com. This event is brought to you by the Michiana Jewish Historical Society and the South Bend Area Genealogical Society.
