Education

FEAST (Family Education at Sinai Today) meets on Shabbat mornings from 9:30 am until 12 noon for students four to twelve years old.  Students have three classes on the topics of Torah study, Ethics, and Prayer (Junior Congregation).  We supplement our Shabbat studies with occasional Sunday and Saturday evening havdalah programs.  Bar/Bat Mitzvah year students have a family education component.

Junior Congregation

TAMID (Torah, Midrash, Jewish Identity, Divrei Hayamim (History)) - Seventh grade through high school years.  Students meet at 5:30 for dinner and socializing on Sunday evenings, lead the congregational minyan and have two classes each week.  The class topics vary every four to six weeks.  One class is taught by Rabbi Friedland and one by volunteers who share their expertise or interest with the students.
